Ernesto and Josefina are approaching retirement. They are in the process of handing over the leadership to four staff members who themselves grew up at Betel.
Each will have responsibility for a particular area:
Ronaldo - staff relations and Home discipline
Ernesto Junior - logistics, transport, food supplies
Ana - administration and finance
Carlos - public relations with government departments, businesses and churches
